In order to make ticket purchases more convenient for Fringe audiences, the 2012 Taipei Fringe Festival has unified all ticket sales through one ticketing system: Walkie Tickets at www.walkieticket.com.
How you can purchase tickets:
24-hour ticket sales online at www.walkieticket.com, or at any 7-11 ibon or Family Mart FamiPort kiosk.
How you can collect tickets ordered online:
Picking up from a 7-11 ibon or Family Mart FamiPort kiosk, or have them mailed directly to your address.
Please note:
1. You may pick up tickets ordered online at 7-11 ibon or Family Mart FamiPort kiosks three days after ordering. If you use an ATM to transmit your payment, the three days start from the date of transmission. So if you order your ticket on Monday, you can pick it up on Thursday.
2. If you choose to pick up tickets ordered online at 7-11 or Family Mart, you will be charged a $30 NTD handling fee for each order (one order consists of no more than 4 tickets).
3. If you choose to buy your tickets at an ibon or FamiPort kiosk, you may not order more than 4 tickets at a time. If you would like to purchase more than 4 tickets, you must split your order into a number of transactions.
4. If you choose to have your order delivered by mail, you will be charged a $45 NTD handling fee for each order (one order consists of up to 12 tickets).
5. Tickets sold and appearing through an iPhone or Android mobile phone operating system do not require an additional handling fee, however, these tickets are not available for use at all Fringe venues.
6. If you need a refund on purchased tickets, please contact the artist directly. Each show’s artist is individually responsible for their own ticketing. You will be charged a fee for ticket refunds.
7. Walkie Ticketing’s service line is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. The phone number is 02-2577-0362, and the email is service@walkieticket.com
