Ingredient: Daikon, shredded-pork , dried shrimp.
Seasoning: Soy sauce, sweet sake, white pepper.

1.Marinate pork with seasoning.
2.Roast dried shrimp until aromatic.
3.Peel and chop daikon.
4.Stir-fry pork to semi-cooked.
5.Stir-fry dried shrimp and daikon to softened.
6.Add soy sauce and sweet sake.
7.Add pork, white pepper, lid on to cook through and it's done!

LI, WEN-HAO born in 1989, graduated from National Taiwan University of Art with the master degree of Performing Art.
